Orders

We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date. However, as items may also be sold via our social channels, some products may become unavailable. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you with alternatives or arrange a refund.

We accept major credit/debit cards, Revolut, and mobile-to-mobile banking.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel it and arrange a refund.

Contact us right away with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. We’ll reach out to confirm the delivery time before dispatch.

Delivery is free for Malta on orders over €25. Orders under €25 are not eligible for delivery but can be collected from Lija. Gozo deliveries are available for €5.

Yes, if your order is under €25 or you prefer collection, contact us to schedule a pickup time from Lija.

Yes, we deliver to Gozo for a flat fee of €5 per order.
