• Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products in accordance with these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• Pricing and Availability: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
Returns
• Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@starsandheroesmalta.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
Refunds
• Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
• Shipping Costs: In cases where an item is being returned as is no longer wanted or is not as expected by you, a full refund will be processed as above. However, a deduction of Eur 5 delivery charge will be made from the original amount of the order. This is applicable to cases where the items were originally delivered at no extra cost.
If the item is being exchanged with another product (which is still of value Eur 25 or over), no deduction for delivery charge will be made from the order’s original amount.
The customer is required to bring the items for exchange or return, to Lija. Please get in touch to schedule a convenient appointment.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@starsandheroesmalta.com. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
